Preparation of Proceedings Papers

Authors who have a contributed abstract accepted for presentation are asked to submit a 4 page camera ready paper.

Papers accepted for publication will appear in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series volume, which will be sent to delegates after the conference.

The recommended style guide and instructions for preparing papers is available from the Journal of Physics: Conference Series website.

Submission of Proceedings Papers

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for submitting papers is FRIDAY 13 JULY 2007.

Submission is available via the Institute of Physics website. To submit your completed paper please follow the instructions below:

1. Access the IOP Members' webpage
2. Insert your UserName (IOP Membership Number or number provided in successful abstract submission email)
3. Insert your Password (surname) and log in
4. Click on the 'My abstract submission' link on the left hand column
5. Locate your EMAG 2007 abstract by title
6. Select 'Upload full paper'
7. Locate your paper via the 'Browse' function and upload
8. Select 'Preview' and check all your details are correct
9. Complete submission by selecting 'Submit Full Paper'

An email will be sent notifying authors of a successful submission of their paper.

If you have tried to submit your paper online and have experienced difficulties please send your paper and corresponding details to Jodie Cartwright at jodie.cartwright@iop.org .

Please ensure you have completed a Copyright Form for your paper. Please send completed copyright forms to IOP via fax on +44 020 7470 4900 or post to Conferences, Institute of Physics, 76 Portland Place, London, W1B 1NT, UK.

Copies of the 2005 Proceedings are available to purchase for £25.00 at the Conference.
