Web Editor

Salary £22,500–£23,500 plus excellent benefits

You will be the Web Editor for our extensive and authoritative website www.iop.org. Working alongside the Web Manager you will edit contributions from colleagues across the varied departments of the Institute and ensure that the content is optimised for the web and in house style.

In addition you will assist the New Media Coordinator with the production of video/audio content.

You should have a good general education, a keen eye for editorial detail and the ability to edit to a house style.  Some background in basic HTML coding would be an advantage, as would an understanding of delivering web content via a content management system.

Closing date for applications is 18 April; interviews will take place week commencing 1 May.
