The Royal Charter

The Institute acquired the Royal Charter in 1970 when the title 'Institute of Physics' was adopted.

The Charter and Bylaws were revised in March/April 2006 and new Regulations were then approved by Council.  The Charter, Bylaws and Regulations may be downloaded from the links below:
