SDI Workshop, Manchester, 28 June

The workshop is aimed at women in physics, science and technology. Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a tool to help people understand more about their own motivations, values and behaviours. It explains why we go into conflict with others and how best to resolve conflict situations. SDI (sometimes referred to as “red, green, blue”) workshops are highly interactive and enjoyable. Each participant will be presented with their own SDI booklet in which they will create their own personal profile.
