The Optics of Free Space Optical Communications

Papers are solicited for this half-day meeting on free space optical communications. The meeting will cover both indoor and outdoor systems and will cover all aspects of the optics related to FSO communications.

- Modulation and Encoding
Attendance is invited from all interested parties, including both academia and industry. Talks will typically last 15-20mins.
The meeting is organised by Gordon Love (Durham University), Carl Paterson (Imperial College), and Stephen Patrick (CableFree Solutions).
Prospective authors should submit a ~100-word abstract, preferably by email, to Gordon Love at the address below by Friday 24 November 2006. The abstract should include the names and affiliations of authors and indicate the presenting author. Accepted abstracts will be published on the optical group web pages.
